This Privacy Policy describes how Plyrow (“we”, “us”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use the Plyrow marketing website (this site) and when you contact us. If you use the Plyrow web application hosted at https://ssot-web.vercel.app (the “App”), additional notices or settings may apply inside the App; this policy still governs what we describe here for the site and general contact flows.

2. Information we collect
2.1 You provide. When you email us, book a demo through our linked scheduling provider, or otherwise contact us, we receive the information you send (for example, your name, email address, and message content).
2.2 Automatically (this website). Our hosting and infrastructure providers may process technical data when you load pages, such as your IP address, approximate location derived from IP, browser type, device type, referring URL, and timestamps. We use this to operate, secure, and improve the site.
2.3 App usage. If you create or use an account in the App, we process account and usage data needed to run that service (for example, sign-in identifiers you choose or that your identity provider supplies, and content you upload or generate in the product). Details may be shown in-product; contact us for questions about App data.
3. How we use information
- To respond to enquiries and provide support.
- To operate, maintain, and secure the website and the App.
- To analyse aggregate or de-identified usage so we can improve our services.
- To comply with law and protect rights, safety, and integrity of Plyrow and users.

We use service providers to host and operate the site and App (for example, Vercel and similar infrastructure; Calendly when you book a demo through our link). They process data on our instructions and under contractual obligations. We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above, unless a longer period is required by law. Support emails are retained for a reasonable period to manage follow-up and disputes. Server logs are retained according to our providers’ defaults unless we configure shorter periods.

We implement reasonable technical and organisational measures appropriate to the risk. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
8. International transfers
We and our processors may process data in the United States and other countries. Where we transfer personal data from the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, we use appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) where required.
9. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to certain processing, and to data portability or to withdraw consent where processing is consent-based. Our services are not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe we have, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy by posting a new version on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Material changes may be highlighted on the site or communicated where appropriate.
